This engagement between one of our Freight consultants and your logistics team is the best place to start if you:

This workshop covers the first two stages of our 6-step process:

  1. Understand
    We invest in a number of sessions to understand your requirements including your freight profiles, current carriers (pros and cons), operational information, receiver profiles, delivery requirements, technology architecture, and growth plans.

  2. Analyse
    Our commercial team analyses the information we obtained from you and align this against our carriers (over 300 and growing) and provide recommendations on your unique freight solution, cost savings and KPIs.

    There is no obligation to proceed with Freight People following this, although history tells us we are very good at helping our customers transform the way enterprise freight management is done.
